When I was a kid we grew up in a house full of antiques. My parents owned an antique shop. It wasn’t any surprise that my own home was full of antique furniture. It wasn’t until I married for the first time in my 40’s that I was introduced to modern designer furniture. My husband is a minimalist. I knew that it was going to be an interesting mixture of furniture. I love how we’ve been able to blend my favorite old pieces and his modern furniture. Actually I like some of his modern furniture pieces, but I don’t like to admit it.
